Internal Service Advisor – Tulley BMW Manchester We’re a family-owned, high-volume BMW dealership looking for a dependable Internal Service Advisor who wants to build a long-term career with a stable, well-run organization. This role supports the internal reconditioning process and plays a key part in keeping our service and sales teams moving efficiently.

Requirements

Service advisor or internal advisor experience not required
Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills
Ability to handle a fast pace while doing things the right way
Team-first mindset and pride in consistent, quality work
Valid Driving License
Acceptable Driving Record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Write and manage internal repair orders for trades, loaners, and all other inventory vehicles
Work closely with technicians, parts, sales, and recon to keep work flowing smoothly
Track repair progress and communicate clearly to avoid delays
Ensure repairs meet Tulley and BMW standards
Keep repair orders accurate, organized, and audit-ready
