Overview: Our Internal Wholesaler position will play a critical role in Talcott’s growing retail distribution business by supporting our IMO (Independent Marketing Organization) relationships and driving annuity sales through outbound engagement with agents and marketers. The role involves developing and nurturing advisor relationships, delivering product educational training, managing campaigns, and coordinating with the Relationship Management team to build and maintain a high-performing sales pipeline. This position reports to the Head of Retail Distribution and will work closely with Relationship Managers, Marketing, and Operations. Our selected candidate shall work full-time out of the Charlotte, North Carolina office.
