That’s why we’re searching for a qualified Internal Sales Executive to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from our products and services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Proven experience in an internal sales or telesales role (typically 1-3 years) or in customer service, preferably within a related industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools and comfort learning new technologies and systems
Self-starter and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales, driven to meet and exceed targets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Excellent analytical and management skills
Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize work, and adapt during pressured situations
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Customer-centric with a strong commitment to service excellence
