About The Position

Mid America Health is growing and seeking to add a Full-Time Internal Sales Associate to our School Smiles team in Greenwood, IN! In this key position, you will help our program increase the number of schools we partner with as well patient participation for our school-based dental program. You will work closely with school staff, helping to drive engagement, maintain strong relationships, and grow program participation in collective efforts with our internal operational staff and account managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building partnerships that make a meaningful impact on children's oral health. This role is based out of our Greenwood, IN office, Monday through Friday, but will require regular travel. Travel assignments will include meeting with school contacts and administrators and participating in patient engagement events after hours or occasionally on weekends. When travel is required, a company vehicle will be provided, along with hotel accommodation for any necessary overnight stays.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable traveling 75% of the time with overnight stays during the school year (Aug-May).
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Travel within an assigned region to facilitate outreach efforts, enrollment growth, and overall program expansion.
  • Promote School Smiles services through in-person visits, virtual meetings, presentations, conferences, and follow-up communication with school staff and administrators.
  • Support program growth by attending school events during evening hours and occasional weekends to promote program participation.
  • Coordinate program materials, scheduling needs, and logistics with internal teams.
  • Track engagements, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing business development efforts.
  • Demonstrate a professional and enthusiastic attitude while representing the organization's mission and commitment to care.
