We’re looking for a Part-time Internal Sales Admin to bring their urgency, passion, and precision to our team in Torrance, CA. Requirements
- 3 years of prior experience in highly detailed work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers, computer programs and the internet
- Team oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently within and across departments

Responsibilities
- Support the sale of donor cars through the execution of wholesale orders from partners through to the finance team
- Update donor car vehicle data into Sales Force and internal SharePoint, detailing all the attributes for each vehicle purchased
- Support sale of donor vehicles with the Client Experience team through the creation of brochures and sale invoices
- Support in the completion of registration documentation and onwards shipping to end client
- Support at offsite location in movement, collection and delivery of vehicles
- Support registration of US vehicles for US clients, along with specific California requirements
- Support monthly dealer reporting for Pacific Motors
- Reflect the values of the Singer brand in all customer and internal interactions supporting our value of, “Everything is Important.”
