Description Main Quest Successful execution of Test Plan(s). Side Quest Uncover and report bugs with accuracy and speed. Craft flawlessly written bug reports and propose fixes. Own your tasks under supervision. Tackle complex issues with creativity and resourcefulness. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Create informative test reports. Share wisdom and guide less experienced testers. Assist in designing tests and crafting cases. Safeguard company protocols and policies.

Requirements

Feature Owner: Dive into assigned features on the P+T Dashboard(s) and make them shine!
Partnership Pro: Team up with external and internal partners to supercharge our projects.
TCM and DB Master: Take the reins with extreme ownership over Testing and Database Management.
Decision Maker: Be the boss and make impactful decisions for your Testing and Database domains.
Info Insights: Capture accurate data, both quantitative and qualitative, like a data wizard.
Communication Captain: Keep the lines clear and ensure everyone's on the same page in your Testing and Database realms.
Risk Management: Wrangle risks with precision and prioritize like a pro.
RCA Detective: Solve mysteries and own up to root causes in Testing and Database challenges.
Process Prodigy: Lead the charge and own the processes that keep things humming in Testing and Database domains.
Backup Guide: Be the hero and lend a hand to peers and maybe even level up to backup for higher roles!
