About The Position

The Internal Private Markets Specialist at Macquarie Group Limited is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial advisors and registered representatives within the broker-dealer network. This role involves outbound and inbound sales calls, communication with external partners, and collaboration with the Wealth Solutions Team to provide access to alternative investment offerings tailored for smaller institutions and qualified private clients.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong sales skills and ability to handle customer issues with minimal guidance.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships.
• Knowledge of alternative investments and the investment industry.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and build upon existing relationships with financial advisors/registered representatives.
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to engage with the broker-dealer network.
• Maintain open communication with External Partners (Wholesalers) regarding sales numbers and updates.
• Review and discuss information from calls and meetings that may impact the territory.
• Provide updates on communications from management.
