The Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Service Lead will play a crucial role in providing agency-wide leadership, training, and clinical supervision to ensure the fidelity of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. This part-time position, at 0.2 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), involves coordinating and providing training, overseeing consultation groups, and implementing relevant policies. The EBP Lead will supervise clinical staff who utilize EMDR, ensuring that this modality is offered in clinic locations and programs as clinically indicated. This role is essential for monitoring and meeting the agency's needs while overseeing program development that aligns with Valley Cities' mission and strategic goals. The EBP Lead is responsible for ensuring that the delivery of EBP is compliant with Joint Commission, Federal, State, local, and agency requirements, policies, and procedures. This includes working closely with Clinic and Program Managers to assess the need for EBP and ensuring its implementation. The EBP Lead will assist Service Managers and Directors in program development, expansion, and evaluation, contributing to the continuous improvement of EBP implementation and delivery. The position requires achieving a productivity target of 60% billable services per full FTE, which translates to 24 hours of direct client services. In addition to these responsibilities, the EBP Lead will coordinate and facilitate both initial and ongoing EBP training to ensure that resources meet client and agency needs. Oversight of clinical staff utilizing EMDR will include providing ongoing individual and group supervision, identifying professional development goals, and addressing service delivery challenges. This position is designed to be prorated per FTE, meaning that the Lead duties are assumed in addition to the employee's existing role and responsibilities.
