Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Clear communication and sound clinical decision-making

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations during scheduled office visits
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic adult health conditions
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Create treatment plans and monitor patient progress over time
• Provide preventive screenings and wellness care
• Refer patients to specialists and coordinate follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
