Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct preventive care visits, annual physicals, and health screenings Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based teams Utilize EMR for timely and accurate documentation Participate in shared call coverage (phone-only, minimal burden) Collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff Opportunities to engage in academic, teaching, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
