Exceptional Flexibility & Balance: We proudly offer a 4-day clinical work week with a dedicated Admin day, allowing for a fantastic work-life balance. Unique Women's Focused Scope: Practice routine Primary Care with a strong focus on Total Wellness and Women's Health needs. We offer integrated ancillary support, including a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Dietician. Strong Work-Family Culture: Join a supportive team of 13 women on staff. We offer an on-site romper room for our staff's children after school. The ideal fit is a nurturing individual who thrives in a dynamic family focused atmosphere. Manageable Volume: See a standard daily volume of 18-25 patients scheduled using 20-minute slots. No hospital coverage required, as we utilize hospitalists for inpatient needs. Integrated Aesthetics: There is an opportunity to explore and integrate Integrative Aesthetics (facials, laser hair removal, injectables) into your practice, based on your interest.
