About The Position
This Internist role focuses on providing reliable, thorough care to adult patients in a professional outpatient environment. You will act as the central point of care, addressing medical concerns, monitoring long-term conditions, and ensuring patients receive appropriate follow-up and referrals. The structure supports thoughtful care without extended hours.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Current Nevada State medical license
- Completion of Internal Medicine residency
- Experience in adult primary care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Perform routine exams and evaluate new patient concerns
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of adult medical conditions
- Monitor and manage chronic disease progression
- Review and act on lab and test results
- Develop care plans aligned with current clinical standards
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
- Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation
