About The Position

We are seeking a Board -Certified/Board -Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our Port Orange facility! This outpatient -only position provides an exceptional work -life balance, no weekends, and a flexible schedule with the support of an experienced multi -specialty team. With no non -compete contract, physicians have complete career autonomy in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.
• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
• Work collaboratively in a care team model with Medical Customer Service Specialists, MAs, and LPNs.
• Utilize Epic EMR for seamless patient documentation.
• Participate in a shared call rotation (low volume, telephone -only).
