The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient primary care team in the Renton area. This full-time, permanent role is fully outpatient, offering a stable schedule, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships. Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligible for Washington state medical license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients
- Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, COPD, heart disease
- Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and follow-up care
- Diagnose and treat acute conditions and coordinate specialty referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
- Participate in team-based care, quality improvement, and population health initiatives
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
