About The Position
Stamford Health Medical Group (SHMG) is seeking a BC internist to join an established Internal Medicine Group at our 292 Long Ridge Road, Suite #103. location. This position is open due to growth. Our ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, great communications skills and a passion for providing excellent person-centered care. Stamford Health is a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. With a blend of both urban and suburban worlds with residential neighborhoods and a thriving downtown with train access to NYC, Stamford has it all! Call is shared 1:5 nights and 1:6 weekends M - F; 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours for admin No hospital duties - Stamford Health has hospitalists and nocturnists 24/7 Collegial group practice with mentorship As a Planetree hospital, we are committed to personalizing, humanizing, and demystifying the healthcare experience for patients and their families.
