About The Position
Join 2 other board certified IM's and 2 Nurse Assistants. As a hospital employee you will enjoy all the benefits of practicing your craft without the worries of supporting overhead. The office is operated and managed by the health system. Responsibilities include a wide scope of outpatient adult internal medicine procedures with some ancillary services available. Subspecialties are welcomed. Average patient load per day is 25. All inpatient needs are referred to the hospitalist department. Call coverage is shared equally 1:3 only by phone. Academic affiliation available if desired (but not required) and could spend up to 50% of your time with residents in Nationally recognized teaching hospital.
