About The Position

This outpatient-only physician position offers a fully clinical practice focused exclusively on ambulatory care, with a dedicated hospitalist team managing all inpatient responsibilities. Only one holiday phone call coverage per year and no hospital coverage, allowing for a strong work-life balance and a streamlined clinical focus Schedule Full-time - 36 total hours per week Flexible scheduling – 4 or 4.5 days per week Approx 1:12 outpatient call – phone calls only Pay and Benefits Salary range: $270,000 - $390,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
