Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license </p></li>
• Wound care experience or interest in training in this specialty </p></li>
• Strong communication and collaboration skills </p></li>
• A heart for patient -centered, high -quality care </p></li>

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced wound care to patients in post -acute, long -term care, and outpatient settings </p></li>
• Perform thorough evaluations, debridement, and treatment of various wound types </p></li>
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized care plans </p></li>
• Document efficiently using our streamlined EMR system </p></li>
• Provide continuity of care and follow -up to optimize healing </p></li>
