MercyOne Urbandale is looking for BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy well-established practice in a thriving suburban setting. We offer a two-year income guarantee, a recruitment $100,000 recruitment incentive, paid malpractice, 403B with employer match, and 31 days annual time off. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Desire to make a difference in patient lives
• Commitment to patient education and community service

• Experience in a multi-specialty clinic setting
• Interest in teaching and mentoring medical students

Responsibilities

• Join a busy well-established practice
• Provide outpatient care only
• Participate in call rotation (1:10, phone only)
• Engage in teaching opportunities with IM Residents and Medical Students
• Utilize on-site lab and X-ray facilities
