About The Position

St. Peter's Health Partners has excellent full-time or part-time employment opportunities for Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalists to join an employed Hospital group within an expanding health system located on the St. Peter's Hospital campus in the Albany, Capital District, of New York. St. Peter's Hospital is a 442-bed facility with a closed ICU and an average daily census of 15 to 18 patients. The selected candidates will join an established, directly employed, hospital medicine program. Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system practice support, flexible scheduling, and a physician friendly environment. Block scheduling is available with 12-hour shifts of 7 on/7 off as well as 10-hour shifts. Advanced practitioners are also part of our team. The hospitalist team treats adults of all ages and enjoys access to sub-specialty care in our communities. Hospitalists will be able to work in a variety of settings among our system locations as well. There is a minimum of five hospitalist providers on overnights; Intensivist MD & AP, Cardiology, and Surgery coverage in-house as well. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be able to obtain a New York State licensure and DEA. This opportunity is unable to sponsor H-1B visa and J-1 waiver candidates. Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Ability to obtain New York State licensure and DEA.
