This position provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a clinic or hospital setting under the direction of a collaborating Physician. Requirements

Advance Practice License in IL or proof of license pending with IL Dept of Professional Regulation (IDPR)
IL Controlled substance License within 12 months of hire
Current CPR certification
2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required
