Additionally, the role requires examining patients, ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests to gather information on medical conditions and establish diagnoses. The practitioner will also advise patients and community members on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention, while explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
