About The Position

A well-established regional healthcare organization in western Connecticut is seeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join its growing primary care network across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton . These are full-time, direct hire positions with a stable, patient-centered group focused on high-quality outpatient care. The group offers a supportive, team-based environment with strong administrative backing, modern practice facilities, and an emphasis on continuity, prevention, and chronic disease management for adult patients. Position Highlights Two full-time employed outpatient primary care positions (IM or FM) Practice locations across Southbury, Naugatuck, and Shelton, CT (final site(s) to be aligned with candidate preference and practice needs) Established patient panels with strong referral network and community presence Monday–Friday schedule with a focus on work-life balance (minimal call, details to be discussed) Multi-disciplinary team including APPs, nursing, and care coordination support Competitive compensation with productivity/quality incentives Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, PTO, and CME

Requirements

MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut medical license
