About The Position
VCA Animal Specialty Group is a 24-hour Specialty and Emergency hospital located in the heart of San Diego. Recently remodeled and upgraded to include top-of-the-line equipment such as MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and Digital Radiography. Requirements
- Previous veterinary experience required, specialty/emergency experience a plus
- Outstanding client service skills
- Medical terminology
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Assisting doctors in exam rooms
- Prepping patients for procedures
- Assisting with scopes and other diagnostics such as glucose curves, CT scans, ultrasounds, and radiographs
- Providing outstanding patient care
