About The Position

Stamford Health Medical Group (SHMG) is seeking a BC internist to join an established Internal Medicine Group at our 292 Long Ridge Road location. This position is open due to growth. Our ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, great communications skills and a passion for providing excellent person-centered care. Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Ability to secure a CT Medical License

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to patients
• Participate in shared call schedule (1:5 nights and 1:6 weekends)
• Maintain 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours for administrative tasks per week
• Collaborate with hospitalists and nocturnists for patient care
• Engage in mentorship within a collegial group practice
