Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate college student attending an accredited program working towards a BS or MS degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Work schedule will be flexible to match your course schedules but prefer at least 20 hours a week.
  • Previous internship or coursework in logistics, supply chain, or related areas is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Planning and Scheduling: Support the logistics team in planning and scheduling inventory and production.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of stock.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Reporting: Generate and manage reports related to logistics performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
