The Intralogistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all logistics activities within the GUS4 facility. This role ensures the efficient flow of materials, the accuracy of inventory, and alignment with production requirements. The position requires strong leadership, a high level of organization, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. The job holder is accountable for all plant logistics activities, including: Plant Material Management Manage all material movement within the plant, ensuring timely supply to production and accurate storage. Oversee the supply base for product release and in‑process material. Ensure all parts are transported efficiently using trucking and common carriers to minimize cost and maximize load utilization. Maintain system inventory accuracy consistent with physical inventory on the floor. Cross-Functional Responsibilities Participate in and support the annual and periodic physical inventory processes, including organization, counting, data entry, and verification. Maintain rigorous inventory verification and accuracy processes at all levels. Understand and execute all logistics‑related SAP functions, including production orders, confirmations, receiving, and shipping. The job holder must facilitate smooth information flow and effective cooperation with all other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
