The Job Coach Scheduler position is responsible for coordinating coaching services—including Job Coaching, Work Experience, and JSA Part III—for assigned job coaches. This involves strategically aligning the service needs and desires of people with disabilities with the appropriate skills and efficiency of the Career Consultant - Job Coaches. The role reports to the Job Coach Scheduling Manager and requires upholding the organization's core values—Pursuing Excellence, Acting with Integrity, Embracing Change, and Supporting the Team—while maintaining ethical professionalism, accurate documentation for billing and compliance (CARF, U.S. Department of Labor), and excellent customer service with all stakeholders. A key goal of the position is to efficiently schedule staff to maintain a quarterly accountability goal per staff person, with accountability goals tied to experience level. The ideal candidate typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), strong communication and teamwork skills, one year of experience at Capabilities, and knowledge of supported employment and scheduling best practices.
