Join us at an exciting time as we expand our IT function. This role is the primary owner of how people at Ivo access tools, use their devices and stay productive and secure. As a US based startup, we offer meaningful ownership, direct impact and fast growth. You will get to make the decisions that will impact every employee at Ivo. We're looking for an IT Manager to own our internal IT environment. You'll be responsible for all internal IT processes and tools. You'll work closely with Security, Engineering, Sales, and the wider business to keep our tools fast, secure, and easy to use.

Responsibilities

  • Own identity and access management
  • Design and administer Okta as our primary identity provider and single sign on platform
  • Define and maintain group based access and application assignments that align with roles and least privilege
  • Run reliable joiner, mover and leaver processes so access is correct on day one and removed quickly when people leave
  • Perform regular access reviews and remediate issues in partnership with managers and Security
  • Own endpoint and workplace technology
  • Manage our Mac fleet through Kandji including enrollment, configuration profiles and application deployment
  • Define secure baseline configurations for laptops and keep devices patched and compliant
  • Own the lifecycle of laptops and other equipment from purchase and provisioning through return and secure disposal
  • Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience so new hires receive devices, access and instructions on time
  • Own IT processes and workplace infrastructure
  • Design and maintain meeting room setups including video conferencing equipment, displays and connectivity
  • Manage office network infrastructure including WiFi access points, guest networks etc
  • Create and document IT processes for common workplace needs such as printer setup, network troubleshooting and meeting room booking
  • Own the physical IT infrastructure at our offices
  • Coordinate with facilities and office managers to ensure IT needs are met during office moves, expansions or renovations
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment including spare devices, cables, adapters and meeting room supplies
  • Own our core SaaS tools
  • Standardize how teams use core tools and document best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships for key SaaS applications including access, license counts, renewals and security requirements
  • Work with Security and Compliance on vendor due diligence, ongoing monitoring and audit requests
  • Help control SaaS sprawl by reviewing new tool requests and consolidating where it makes sense
  • Partner closely with the business
  • Align IT controls with our security and compliance program including audit requirements
  • Be the primary point of contact for any technical issues that arise for the company
  • Support security incidents that involve endpoints, identity or internal tools
  • Provide data and evidence for audits and customer security assessments when IT controls are in scope
  • Track and report IT metrics to leadership
  • Create clear documentation and playbooks so IT operations are transparent and resilient
  • Identify opportunities to automate IT workflows
  • Contribute to planning and hiring future IT and support roles as the company scales
