We're looking for an Internal Events Coordinator who can execute our wide range of events—from intimate, invite-only meetups to large-scale, multi-day speaker series—with flawless precision. This role is about more than just logistics; it's about crafting impactful, unforgettable experiences that elevate our brand, captivate our audience, and become a memorable part of our company culture. This role is remote, based out of the United States and will require travel. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in event production, community building, or people ops
- A track record of taking rough ideas and turning them into polished programs
- Strong communication and hospitality instincts
- Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines
