Riot’s Internal Comms & Events team members endeavor to shape our internal environment by crafting communications, events, and programs that celebrate Riot’s playful and passionate culture. We cover everything vital to internal messaging, culture, and work across all teams to create a passionate and ongoing, lively relationship between Riot and Rioters on the things that matter most to players and to us. We love games and enjoy delivering resonant stories and experiences that connect us to players, our products, and our mission. As an Internal Event Producer, you’ll help create internal events and experiences that drive product connection, cultural engagement, and strategic alignment for Rioters around the globe. You’ll primarily be involved with strategic events and play experiences including company-wide hackathons (Thunderdome) , product engagement events, senior leadership events, internal playtests, internal game tournaments (Riot Rumble), and more. You’ll be responsible for the full event lifecycle - ensuring events and experiences connect back to Riot’s overall mission, as well as owning end-to-end production. You’ll lead cross-functions working teams and work closely with partners across the organization (Comms, Technology, Esports, Product Teams, Insights, Travel, Global Workplace Experience, Security, and more), as well as build working relationships with vendors.
