This recruitment will be used to fill part-time (up to a maximum of 20 hours per week while class is in session and up to 30 hours per week during term breaks) Internal Controls Interns for the Division of Finance and Administration Information Technology (DFA IT) at Oregon State University (OSU). This Internship Program is designed for Business Information Systems majors to give students hands-on experience in developing internal controls templates and tools. The Controls Intern will support the DFA IT team in developing and implementing control frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. This role involves hands-on experience in evaluating and mapping controls to formal structures and collaborating with various stakeholders to document risks and streamline auditability of processes, systems, and operations.
