About The Position
Meta is seeking an Internal Community Relations Partner within our People organization. In this role, the Internal Community Relations Partner will be a key member of our Internal Community Relations team and will support meaningful and respectful connections between our employees. In addition, they will provide hands-on and strategic support to our employees through workplace communication and conflict issues to cultivate respect and collaboration within a dynamic and exceptionally fast-paced environment. This role will allow the Internal Community Relations Partner to showcase their exceptional communications skills, experience managing projects, make strategic decisions with outstanding judgment, and recognize and surface different types of risk.
