You will assist in drafting, editing, and reviewing internal communications content, including newsletters, scripts, and messaging frameworks. You will support media brainstorming and the diversification of communication vehicles, ensuring innovative and effective internal messaging. Additionally, you will conduct content audits to assess existing communication effectiveness and recommend improvements, contribute to communication analytics by measuring engagement and effectiveness of key messaging, and collaborate with teams across Global Enablement to map and refine key enablement processes. You will analyze current process applications, stakeholder needs, and governance structures to recommend best practices, organize and document governance policies to enhance program efficiency, and contribute to building an Enablement Process Framework.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field with an expected graduation date in or after December 2025
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling or keen eye for content review
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear messaging
  • Analytical thinker with an interest in communications metrics and process efficiency
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Creative and innovative, with a willingness to explore new communication methods
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Able to work 12 consecutive weeks full-time during Summer 2025
  • Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with communications and program management tools such as Seismic, Intellum, HubSpot, Adobe, or Smartsheet

Responsibilities
