The Internal Communications Manager will play a crucial role in driving communication programs that keep the Mozilla employee community informed, engaged, and aligned with the company’s strategy and goals. Working closely with company execs, senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support the development, refinement and execution of communication strategies that strengthen Mozilla’s internal culture during a period of significant change. This role is part of the Communications team within Marketing and will report to the Director of Internal Communications.
