About The Position
DaVita is seeking a motivated manager to join its internal communications team. This role requires an experienced leader with 5-7 years of proven success in developing, executing and optimizing strategies that drive awareness, motivate engagement and foster trust. In addition to developing and executing plans, this person will work closely with leadership, cultivate relationships with key partners, collaborate with subject matter experts, develop effective key messaging across channels, report on performance metrics and mentor and/or manage junior teammates.
