About The Position
As the Internal Communications Manager at BECU, you’ll be at the heart of how we inform, inspire, and engage our employee community. Your work will shape how our people connect with BECU’s Purpose, vision, values, and strategies—making sure every team member understands not just the what, but the why. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary internal communications partner for three critical areas of the organization: Technology, RCC (Risk, Compliance & Cyber) and Operations. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives, craft thoughtful communications, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across these teams. Your influence will help bring our culture to life, drive clarity through change, and cultivate a sense of unity across the organization.
