About The Position
At Anduril, we believe strong internal communication is the key to an engaged and connected workforce. We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager to focus on manufacturing and production employees, making sure they have the information they need to stay informed, motivated, and aligned with our company's mission. Whether it's through newsletters, town halls, digital signage, or in-person updates, you'll help shape the way our frontline teams receive and engage with company news. As part of our Internal Communications team, you'll work closely with leadership to develop and execute communication strategies tailored to both desk and non-desk employees, ensuring messages are clear, relevant, and delivered in the right way at the right time.
