Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Consistent record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and HR in the USA.
• Experience collaborating with cross-border or global teams is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with external communications or agency teams.
• Portfolio of creative written and multimedia communications materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume the role in leading our internal communications strategy.
• Take full ownership for planning, implementing, measuring, and continually improving communication initiatives that connect and engage our employees.
• Work closely with USA leadership and Human Resources to understand business needs, priorities, and cultural nuances, translating them into tailored communication strategies.
• Build and maintain alignment on the Internal Communications and its delivery as a part of the Global Communications team.
• Lead coaching and training to enhance team members' communication skills and promote a culture of learning and growth.
• Find innovative ways to connect with employees through storytelling, visual content, digital platforms, and interactive experiences.
• Support continuous change initiatives by crafting transparent, insightful communications.
• Establish and report on key internal communications metrics, using feedback and data to drive continual improvement.
• Champion the employee voice, ensuring diverse perspectives are reflected in communications.
• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Develop and deliver effective internal communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and action.
• Build strong, trust-based partnerships with senior leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams.
• Adopt a creative and open-minded approach to engaging employees.
• Understand business priorities and function as a proactive business partner.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with digital communication platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
