The Internal Communications Coordinator is an important member of the Marketing & Communications team and is responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies to engage employees and medical staff to support organizational goals, mission and strategic imperatives. This role involves creating and distributing internal communications, managing the intranet, special messages and organizing employee events while working closely with leadership and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and a positive employee experience. This position reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager.
