About The Position

Responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across the organization. This role works closely with Human Resources and other departments to manage all internal communications, align messaging with organizational goals, prevent over-communication, and maintain a unified tone. Key responsibilities include developing newsletters, email campaigns, and strategic communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Administration, or related field plus three (3) years of experience in communications, public information/administration, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus under pressure while demonstrating initiative and ownership of assignments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for building positive relationships and providing responsive support across the organization.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively identify solutions and follow through on tasks without constant direction.
  • Knowledge of internal communication best practices and strategies for employee engagement.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment in all communications.
