Job Description As a valued colleague on our Internal Communications team, you will provide strategic counsel on the development and delivery of internal communication strategies. You will work closely with senior executives and their teams to tell the Fannie Mae story, support change initiatives, strengthen engagement, and help employees understand the impact of their work. Serving as a senior individual contributor, you will lead complex communications initiatives, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor colleagues.
