About The Position

The Internal Communication and Engagement Analyst plays a crucial role in fostering effective communication within an organization and ensuring that employees are engaged, informed, and aligned with the company's goals, values, and culture. This role often works closely within the People team, with leadership teams, and department heads to ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication across various internal platforms. Working from DP World Americas Regional Headquarters in Charlotte, NC, the position holder will be part of the regional Talent Management and Development team and will be tasked with developing and executing strategies for the optimization of regional/country-level communications and engagement programs and resources that align with AMR Regional and Local Communications partners. The position holder will be tasked with improving the flow of communication that is targeted to staff and partners related to people initiatives, as well as measurement and KPI development to create and support a continuous improvement culture in a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will strive to update and improve the technical aspects of the region’s communications infrastructure tools, channels, and employee contact lists, as well as collaborating across AMR and country-level teams on the creation of guidelines and protocols to support effective and timely communication. In addition, the position holder will design and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. This will include organizing events and team building activities, and partnering with leadership teams to create a culture of collaboration and connection. They will also develop and manage employee feedback systems, including surveys and focus groups, to assess engagement levels and sentiment.
