About The Position
The Internal Agency CT Technologist responds to department critical coverage needs throughout the system for all CT locations. Competency requires versatility to cover any need throughout system Radiology CT departments. Performs CT procedures consistent with the established standard of medical care in radiology, maintaining high quality imaging and patient welfare as a top priority. Administer appropriate contrast media intravenously and accurately evaluate images to ensure quality and diagnostic status of exam. Supports didactic training of radiology students through demonstration and constructive guidance. Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Applicants $25/hr Float Pay Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to 120 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off Up to $4,000 Relocation Bonus Up to $0.50 Certification Pay Clinical Ladder up to $5,000
Requirements
- Graduate of ARRT accredited School of Radiological Technology
- R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) Computed Tomography Technologist
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Knowledge of current diagnostic radiology technical information
- Proficient in using computers and computer systems
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
Nice To Haves
- Associates Degree in Radiology
- 2 years experience as a Registered Technologist in CT
