About The Position

The Intern will: Support operational and supply chain projects Assist with process improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams Develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills This role is intended for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and focuses on learning and skill development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: o Operations o Supply Chain Management o Business o Engineering o Life Sciences o or a related field
• Strong academic standing (preferred GPA 3.0 or higher)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to operations or supply chain
• Exposure to data analysis or process improvement concepts

Responsibilities

• Support assigned operational and supply chain projects under supervision
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and basic process documentation
• Attend team meetings and contribute to collaborative work
• Prepare basic presentations or summaries of project findings
• Participate in training, learning sessions, and professional development activities
• Provide general project and administrative support as needed
