We are seeking an Intern to work in our New York, NY or Red Bank, NJ office. The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college/university and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior.
• Business or Finance major preferred; strong academic background in analytical or quantitative disciplines.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional research, analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and motivation.
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a project or deadline-driven environment.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Exposure to or demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence tools and applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools and technologies to develop analytical frameworks and reporting solutions that support management’s strategic initiatives.
• Design and build data-driven analyses and reports to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and revenue growth across the organization.
• Collaborate with management to identify business challenges and apply AI-assisted research and analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct financial and business analyses utilizing AI platforms and data analytics tools to produce management-ready presentations and reports.
• Prepare various types of correspondence and management reports using Word, Excel, and other necessary software.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
