Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program (sophomore level or higher preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a hybrid, team-based environment
- Interest in business, logistics, operations, customer experience, or related fields
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
- UniGroup is unable to provide visa sponsorship or employment authorization support now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Supporting a team with daily operations, coordination, or administrative tasks
- Assisting with customer, agent, or internal communications
- Helping gather, organize, and document information to support business processes
- Participating in project-based work and job-shadowing opportunities
- Learning how different teams work together to support customers and the UniGroup network
