Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (related majors preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (additional software skills a plus)
- Interest in real estate, property management, or business operations
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day departmental tasks
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects
- Learn industry-specific tools and software (e.g., Yardi)
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support key initiatives
- Gain insight into the inner workings of a property management firm
