What You’ll Experience Orientation to the THR entity, including mission, goals, structure, and key departments. Exposure to internal and external factors influencing health-care organizations (technology, economic, political/legal, and social forces). Attendance at leadership, entity, and system‑level meetings as schedule allows. Project Work Completion of one major project or multiple assignments with real organizational impact. Opportunities to analyze problems, gather information, develop action plans, evaluate options, and present recommendations.
