About The Position

The Freedom Mortgage Internship Program is an eight-week program that provides a unique opportunity for college students to gain hands on experience in a corporate setting within the mortgage industry while applying the knowledge and skills acquired in the classroom to help advance their skill set and grow professionally. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include: Professional, assertive and timely follow through skills Customer Service orientation Ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume environment, both independently and as part of a team Network with peers Ability to multi-task and meet competing priorities Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Graduate/GED: 0-1 years related work experience
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

Prior work experience or university involvement (clubs, organizations, and athletics) preferred
